experience. You were able to make my idea of a private, special dinner come to life. The dinner location, at deVine winery in the Brentwood Bay area, was incredibly romantic with a marvelous view. The food was amazing. The heart shaped crab cakes on a bed of artisan greens from your very own garden, and the perfectly cooked beef tenderloin with red wine, cinnamon allspice sauce, were incredible. The fact that you and I chose the menu together made it even more personal. Your idea of working with and learning from a local sommelier was very nice addition to the evening. Micheline’s knowledge of wines and food was seemingly endless! I also would like to thank your beautiful assistant, our personal server, for making the evening that much more special.
