“This was undoubtedly one of the best dinners I have ever had. Shirley absolutely knocked it out of the park on all 6 courses. Duck confit on Foie Gras Pate started this dinner, beautiful tapas plate with prawns, tuna and salmon, velvety oyster bisque, beautiful salad, citrus ice palette cleanser to beef tenderloin and then a plate of 3 types of chocolate variation, omgosh!!! One of the best dinners ever, intimate, and just one of the best evenings!┬áCan’t wait till the next event!” Erin Morton
