“I had the honour of having a gourmet meal prepared by Chef Shirley as a gift from my husband for my birthday. I had invited 5 friends to celebrate with me and Shirley worked with me to create the perfect dinner. She had many options for me and accomodated all my guests’ needs. Presentation was superb, flavour was perfect and her suggestions for the wines was impeccable. What a great gift for someone or for treating yourself.
