“I want to recommend Shirley Lang of Kitchens of Distinction, whom I recently had the pleasure of having had cook for my 40+ guests. She is in my words an artist of the most delectable, mouth watering culinary work I’ve experienced. I’d even say it was no doubt the best I have ever experienced including that of the Aries or Sooke Harbour House Restaurants with which I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing. With that said, I do hope you will pass her name along to your many contacts and suggest her as a chef to cook for your many functions.
